What does the programme of the Danish EU Presidency say about public procurement?

The Danish EU Presidency has put out its programme for the upcoming semester when Denmark will hold the presidency of the Council of the European Union. The programme is called "A strong Europe in a changing world" but when it comes down to public procurement we are not treated to much.

For public procurement, the Presidency will simply prioritising "discussions" on the forthcoming evaluation of the directives, hopefully "setting the direction for their future revision." We are let to wonder what discussions and with whom will be held, but the lack of mention of stakeholders probably indicates these discussions will be internal to the Council.
