Interview with BBC Radio 4 Moneybox on Capita's pension contract

Last Saturday yours truly was interviewed for the BBC Radio 4's Moneybox programme about Capita's civil service pension contract. This is a contract they were awarded for 10 years in late 2025 and has had a rough start. In the interview I talk on how these contracts are tendered and how Capita has been able to keep on winning public contracts despite perennial complaints about its performance.

As a blooper, thanks to KLM not taking me to Belgrade on Friday I had to do the interview from the floor of Belgrade airport as soon as my flight landed on Saturday. Not the place I would've chosen to do the interview given the option, but it worked...right up to the end when the PA speaker started screaming about not leaving bags unattended.
