Albert Sanchez-Graells has published his response to the public consultation on the UK Government’s Green Paper on procurement reform. As usual, this is an excellent piece of work clocking in over 15,000 words.

Overall, our views coincide in almost every point perhaps with the exception on transparency - but even then probably less than one is imagine. My own submission is ongoing and should be finished sometime in February.
