Public Contracts Regulations Tennis Intermission

The particular procurement tennis match myself and Dr. Albert Sanchez-Graells have been playing since early February is taking a short intermission. Like Wimbledon this is due to the rain and/or lack of sunlight, not player injury. We will resume the match on Wednesday April 8th.

So far we covered 29 Regulations of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and have 93 more to go, with the best yet to come. I think we will be able to finish the game off by September-ish, preferably before the start of the new academic year.

In the meanwhile I will be covering a few other procurement topics I have wanted to focus on.
