Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - Week 2
In the second week of our procurement tennis, Albert and I covered Regulations 6 to 10 of the new Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Whereas Regulation 6 was still related to thresholds, the other four entries of the week were dedicated to various exclusions from Part 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The next week will start with the remaining exclusions of Regulations 11 and 12, before moving into a new sub-section of the Public Contracts Regulations on "specific situations". Until then, here's the list of entries of this past week, in case you missed any of the volleys.
